Can I wash Thermora?
Yes. Hand wash below 30°C. The heating system does not need to be removed before washing. Do not tumble dry.

Is Thermora bulky?
It is designed to be worn similarly to a normal scarf while incorporating its heating system.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. UK delivery takes 7–9 days from dispatch. Standard shipping is £4.99, Express is £6.99, and shipping is free on orders over £50. We currently ship within the UK only.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unworn and in its original packaging. Email jabssbusiness@gmail.com to start a return; return postage is arranged and paid by you.
