Thermora — Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery takes 7-9 days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping cost: £4.99 flat rate on all orders. Free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Why the delivery window is wider than typical UK shipping
Because we work with specialist suppliers to bring you Thermora at the best possible price, some orders are fulfilled from international warehouses. This lets us keep costs low and pass the savings on to you, but it does mean delivery can occasionally take a little longer than shopping from a standard UK retailer. We appreciate your patience.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at inquiries@thermora.online.

Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs processing, courier delays, high demand periods) can affect delivery times. We'll keep you updated if we're aware of any significant delay to your order.

Incorrect address
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect a package once it has been dispatched, and re-shipping costs for returned-to-sender packages may apply.
